The big story of the weekend in college football is, of course, Kent State’s rise to #18 in the rankings. Oh! Also, the thing about the top 2 teams in the country getting upset. That was a big deal, too.
On a side note, I always go to a big academic conference the weekend before Thanksgiving, and I love our tradition of watching the late Saturday games together, especially when I have gotten to watch with Baylor fans the last two years (last year they upset #5 OU, this year, #1 Kansas State).
Right now, the playoff looks like this:
Kent State at Ohio State
Clemson at Alabama
Florida at Kansas State
Notre Dame at Stanford
I want to see those games so bad! Go Kent State!
