This is not Cam’s first experience running with a laptop.

It’s November, so I feel like we’re close enough to start looking at prospective playoff matchups.  The way I would seed playoffs goes like this: top 6 conference champions, then the next two highest-rated teams.  If they are also conference champs, or if they’re championship game losers, or Notre Dame, or West Canaan, so be it.

Here’s what Saturday, December 18th would look like in a perfect world* (remember, first round of playoffs are on college campuses):

Saturday, December 18
10 am ET/7 am PT: College Gameday (ESPN)
12 pm ET/9 am PT: #7 LSU @ #2 TCU in Dallas, TX  (ESPN)
3 pm ET /12 pm PT: #8 Missouri @ #1 Auburn in Auburn, AL (CBS)
6 pm ET/3 pm PT: #5 Boise State @ #4 Oklahoma in Norman, OK (ESPN)
9 pm ET/6 pm PT : #6 Michigan State @ #3 Oregon in Eugene, OR (ABC)
*In a perfect world, Texas wouldn’t be 4-4 and headed for the New Era Pinstripe Bowl, but I’m sure that’s perfect for everyone living outside of Texas.

I have Auburn pretty high up there.  Is there an undefeated team who has had as tough a schedule as the Tigers?  If you think the Utes have a beef with being #10, and subsequently out of my system (because they are reading this and they care?), they will jump up a minimum of 3 spots if they beat TCU this week.

Prove it on the field!
